Start by Navigating to the Control Panel

It can be found on the Start Menu in the Windows System Folder

Choose Programs

Click on Turn Windows features on or off

Choose Hyper-V then scroll down

Scroll Down to Windows Subsystem for Linux

This is needed for using Linux machines

Click okay, when prompted Reboot

After Reboot you will find Hyper-V Manager

and Hyper-V Quick Create in the Windows Administrative Tools Folder
